Job description

The Promotions Coordinator is responsible for the hands-on execution and operation of promotions and special events conducted on and off property at Island View and Beach View Casino Resorts. This position supports the Promotions Assistant Manager and Promotions Manager by assisting with the planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of promotional activities while providing operational feedback and recommendations. The Promotions Coordinator serves as a frontline representative of the Promotions Department, interacting directly with guests, explaining promotional details, operating drawings and giveaways, and ensuring all promotions are executed accurately, timely, and in compliance with established guidelines.

This role also assists with promotional inventory, signage, and internal communication to ensure seamless event execution.
