Job description
SUP3RNOVA is a dynamic and innovative marketing agency dedicated to delivering exceptional brand experiences across multiple channels. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and versatile Promotions Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute promotional events and campaigns throughout the region.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including vendors, sponsors, and team members, to ensure smooth event execution.
- Travel within Puerto Rico to oversee and manage events on-site.
- Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to accommodate event schedules.
- Manage and track event budgets and timelines.
- Conduct post-event analysis and prepare reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel within Puerto Rico.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is preferred.
