Job Summary:
Waystar is a company that helps providers simplify healthcare payments and improve financials throughout the revenue cycle. The Project Scheduling Coordinator will manage the implementation process for recently acquired clients, ensuring effective communication and direction during this time.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the project intake process to include the timely review of Salesforce, monthly utilization, and project assignment reports
• Coordinate resources for all upcoming projects, provide weekly updates and update Clarizen
• Regular interaction with the Sales organization to successfully bring recently acquired clients into the Waystar family and ensure the complete implementation process is being followed appropriately
• Responsible for revenue management
• Coordinate internal meetings as needed
• Maintain the client reference/referral repository, working closely with the CSM team in a time sensitive environment
• Work closely with the Sales organization to ensure quality standards are maintained
• Responsible for playing role in client reference ability initiative
• Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned by management within the area of responsibility and control
• Consistently meet performance standards as set forth in the quality guidelines

• Possess process and change management skills
• Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills
• Experience with Salesforce
• Experience with Clarizen
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate the results of implementations with team members, clients, and vendor partners.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer.
