What You'll Do
  • Schedule and coordinate customer appointments for residential & commercial projects
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and resolving concerns
  • Manage project paperwork and maintain accurate client records
  • Partner with production teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Support leadership in process improvements and operational excellence

What We're Looking For
  • 1+ years of customer service and appointment scheduling experience
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software quickly
