What you will do…
  • Support pre-job analysis, project estimates, SOW (Statement of Work), and budgets
  • Set up document control system, internal database, sequencing work efficiency, determining tools and equipment for project needs
  • Assist the project team with database tracking for assigned projects and assist with project document control
  • Assist with licensing and permit requirements for projects
  • Assist Project Managers with monthly financial projections. Report labor hours, compensation rate, material budgets, and other project expenses
  • Manage change orders and generate/distribute reports as required
  • Participate in kickoff meetings with project team, including on-site visits
 
What you will need to succeed…
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. AS or BS degree in Construction Management or Industrial Engineering preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience required. Project controls experience preferred.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office required.
  • Experience with MS Projects or Primavera P6 project management software is helpful
  • Experience reading blueprints/schematics and strong math skills is helpful
