Capgemini is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager (Sr. TPM) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large, complex technical programs across diverse teams and technologies. This role requires strong expertise in project and program management, along with a solid technical understanding of software, cloud, infrastructure, and integration environments.

As a Sr. TPM, you will drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets while managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations. You will collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, and DevOps teams to enforce governance, SDLC best practices, and delivery standards, while continuously improving execution efficiency and overall project outcomes.

Role Overview

The Senior Technical Project Manager (Sr. TPM) leads the planning, execution, and delivery of large, complex technical projects across multiple teams and technologies. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, the role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals.

This role requires strong project/program management capabilities along with sufficient technical expertise to effectively collaborate with engineering, architecture, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring successful execution from initiation to closure.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and schedules to meet defined objectives.
  • Coordinate across multiple technical teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely mitigation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder communication and alignment.
  • Oversee financials and resource planning, ensuring optimal utilization and budget adherence.
  • Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, SDLC processes, and documentation standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices and project execution methodologies.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in technical project or program management.
  • Proven experience managing software, cloud, infrastructure, or integration projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC).
  • Experience with both Agile and traditional delivery methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms and technical environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Exposure to DevOps practices or security frameworks.
  • Relevant project management or technical certifications.
  • Experience in regulated industries.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is &73,150 to $174,000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
