        • Job Summary
          We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This role will work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to coordinate project activities, maintain project documentation, track deliverables, and ensure projects remain on schedule. The ideal candidate possesses excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
          Key Responsibilities
          • Project Coordination & Administration
          • Support multiple IT projects throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to deployment.
          • Maintain project schedules, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
          • Coordinate project meetings, workshops, stakeholder reviews, and planning sessions.
          • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and action item trackers.
          • Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks and overdue deliverables.
          • Assist project managers in ensuring projects remain aligned with scope, timelines, and objectives.
          • Documentation & Reporting
          • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), and governance materials.
          • Prepare and support executive presentations, project dashboards, and steering committee updates.
          • Ensure all project artifacts are organized, accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
          • Assist with project budget tracking, invoice reconciliation, and financial documentation.
          • Maintain document repositories and ensure version control processes are followed.
          • Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
          • Coordinate project activities across IT, business, engineering, manufacturing, operations, and third-party vendors.
          • Schedule stakeholder meetings and facilitate communication among project teams.
          • Monitor project action items and escalate risks, issues, or roadblocks when appropriate.
          • Support vendor onboarding activities, site access coordination, and project logistics.
          • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
          • Deployment & Implementation Support
          • Coordinate deployment readiness activities and implementation planning.
          • Support cutover planning and execution activities.
          • Coordinate training schedules and end-user readiness activities.
          • Assist with post-go-live support and hypercare activities to ensure smooth project transitions.
          • Travel to Hopkinsville, Kentucky as needed to support workshops, testing, deployments, and production startup activities.
          Required Qualifications
          • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
          • Experience supporting multiple projects in a project coordination, project administration, or project support role.
          • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
          • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
          • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
          • Experience maintaining project schedules, reports, action logs, and project documentation.
          • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
          • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
          • Ability to identify issues proactively and assist with problem resolution.

          Preferred Qualifications
          • Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, supply chain, industrial technology, or production-related projects.
