Join a diverse, multinational project team at Siemens Energy, where you'll be at the heart of delivering large-scale domestic and international power generation, transmission, and sustainable energy projects. As a Project Planner, you will take the lead in building, managing, and optimizing project timelines, ensuring that every milestone is met with precision. You'll work closely with engineers, procurement specialists, construction teams, and managers, keeping schedules accurate, aligned, and fully integrated into project controls. Whether face-to-face or in virtual meetings, you will keep everyone coordinated and focused on success - turning complex schedules into powerful tools that drive real results.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Create, maintain, and present detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timelines are accurate and continuously updated.
  • Review and refine schedule logic, identifying and correcting overlooked activity errors.
  • Perform time impact analysis and integrate delay/change orders accurately into project plans.
  • Partner across departments - sales, procurement, engineering, construction, commissioning - to align schedules with contract milestones.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' industrial project planning/scheduling experience using critical path methods and Primavera P6.
  • Comprehensive understanding of EPC project delivery methods and project management control systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to excel in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Willing to travel 25% domestically and internationally.
