Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support for construction projects, ensuring smooth communication between project stakeholders, accurate documentation, and efficient project management processes. This role is pivotal in maintaining project timelines, budgets, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Project Coordination:
Assist project managers and construction teams in coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.

· Documentation Management:
Prepare and maintain project documents such as contracts, purchase orders, submittals, RFIs (Requests for Information), and change orders.

· Communication:
Serve as a liaison between project stakeholders, including contractors, clients, vendors, and architects, to ensure clear and timely communication.

· Budget Tracking:
Monitor project budgets and expenses, update cost tracking reports, and assist in preparing financial forecasts.

· Permits and Compliance:
Facilitate the submission of permits and ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and safety standards.

· Contract Administration:
Support the preparation, review, and administration of construction contracts, including ensuring all parties fulfill contractual obligations.

· Scheduling and Planning:
