Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager drives delivery of large, complex ServiceNow projects or multiple concurrent workstreams. This role ensures delivery excellence, manages risks proactively, advises clients as a trusted partner, and mentors junior project managers. In addition, the Sr PM supports pre-sales activities and contributes to organizational initiatives that advance project management practices.

  • Oversee large, complex projects or multiple concurrent engagements.
  • Ensure smooth Sales-to-Delivery transitions and team onboarding.
  • Develop and deliver kickoff presentations with partners and executive-level clients.
  • Lead and advise clients through Change Control and scope management.

  • Facilitate weekly status meetings, reporting on scope, budget, risks, and issues.

  • Maintain weekly PSA updates and manage complex resource scheduling.
  • Lead operational readiness planning, including deployment and best practices.
