We are seeking a talented, dedicated individual committed to work under the highest ethical standards for the following position:

  • Senior Project Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support project execution within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success managing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, driving schedules and deliverables, and providing clear visibility to project status, risks, and priorities.

The Project Manager will be expected to take ownership of project planning and execution, proactively manage competing priorities, and maintain strong communication across technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, execution, tracking, and closeout activities.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, action logs, dashboards, and progress reports.
  • Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on priorities, responsibilities, and deadlines.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.
  • Facilitate project meetings and drive timely resolution of open items.
  • Provide clear and concise project status updates to key stakeholders and leadership.
  • Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records within applicable systems.
  • Support resource planning, forecasting, change management, and project controls activities.
  • Identify schedule or execution risks early and develop appropriate mitigation and recovery plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and other project stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure project activities are executed in accordance with applicable procedures and expectations within a regulated environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Experience in direct process / manufacturing areas
  • Strong project management experience, preferably supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or another regulated environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex projects and multiple priorities.
  • Strong proficiency with Smartsheet for project scheduling, tracking, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Experience working with ALM and SAP.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to drive accountability and follow through on commitments across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Available to work extended hours, possibility of weekends and holidays.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) is preferred.
