Job description

Spearhead an elite mixed-use townhouse development tailored for Silicon Valley’s top tech executives. Execute the vision, manage the site, and claim a seat at the table with a $30 Billion pipeline.

Section 1: Job Description & Professional Requirements

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, local, and fiercely self-motivated Real Estate Development Project & Operations Manager to serve as the Owner’s Representative. You will be the on-the-ground general spearheading a luxury, mixed-use townhouse development in Sunnyvale, CA. This isn't a passive desk job—this is a hands-on, high-stakes role requiring absolute ownership. You will serve as the master coordinator between contractors, architects, city/county officials, and our executive team.

Core Responsibilities

  • Development & Site Management: Act as the primary Owner’s Representative on-site, overseeing all phases of new construction to ensure precision execution, timeline enforcement, and budget control.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate seamlessly with general contractors (partnering with high-caliber firms like Toll Brothers and others), architects, engineers, and city/county regulatory agencies to expedite permits and approvals.
  • Operations & Financial Control: Manage daily operations and coordinate directly with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to maintain rigid cost controls, contract management, and operational efficiency.
  • Investor Relations Support: Assist the executive team with investor relations, including preparing and delivering high-level presentations to institutional partners and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs).

Professional Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5–10 years of hands-on experience in local California real estate development and new construction management (specific experience with mixed-use or multi-family/townhouse projects is highly preferred).
  • Local Network & Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Silicon Valley municipal processes, building codes, and established relationships with city/county agencies (specifically Santa Clara County/Sunnyvale).
  • Executive Presence: Exceptional communication and presentation skills. You must be comfortable in your own skin and possess the polished capability to interact directly with ultra-high-net-worth investors and senior executives from the world's largest technology firms.
  • Mindset: An ambitious, self-motivated, and ultra-positive mindset. You are a problem-solver who thrives under pressure and takes extreme accountability for deadlines and outcomes.

Compensation & Growth

  • Highly competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
  • Performance-based bonus structures.
  • Ground-Floor Stock Option Plans offering massive equity upside as we scale our multi-billion-dollar pipeline.
