Job Title: Vision Engagement Project Manager
Ministry/Department: Vision Engagement
Reports to: Vision Engagement Director
Status: Full-time, exempt

Objective
The Vision Engagement Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing Vision Summits through strong organization, communication and project management. This role supports generosity and donor engagement efforts by managing event logistics, attendee communication, registration tracking, ministry coordination, follow-up processes and engagement reporting, while helping advance The Church of Eleven22® mission to be a movement for all people to discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an authentic and growing walk with Jesus Christ through the ongoing spiritual disciplines of Bible reading, prayer, personal worship, fasting, confession and fellowship
  • Lead the planning, coordination and execution of Vision Summits, including, but not limited to:
    • Prepare and distribute Vision Summit invitations and attendee communications
    • Manage registration tracking, attendee records and follow-up communication
    • Prepare and coordinate event packets, mailings and attendee resources
  • Manage Vision Summit day operations and event logistics, including, but not limited to:
    • Coordinate event supplies and material needs
    • Coordinate hospitality details, catering and guest experience needs
    • Provide onsite coordination and operational support during each Vision Summit
    • Manage post Vision Summit follow-up processes including surveys, attendee tracking, resource coordination and data entry
  • Manage and execute the Virtual Vision Summit in partnership with Eleven22 Online and Communication teams, including invitations, host resources, mailed materials and event logistics
  • Recruit, lead and support serve staff across retreats, Vision Summits and administrative projects by coordinating schedules, communicating event needs and providing ongoing support
  • Manage and steward Mortarstone profiles, analyze and prepare engagement reports and help identify potential vision ambassadors
  • Track, update and provide monthly reporting on generosity metrics through Rock and Mortarstone to support engagement and stewardship initiatives
  • Coordinate and oversee the placement of vision ambassadors under vision ambassador leaders
  • Manage commitment letter processes including content preparation, reporting coordination with Finance, mail house communication and quality review
  • Prepare and coordinate initiative collateral and resources, including ordering, distribution and delivery tracking
  • Support Staff Family Summit operations by coordinating day of event needs, takeaway items and supporting collateral with ministry teams
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Five years of experience managing teams and events in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Mortarstone, The Rock, Planning Center, Basecamp and Power BI preferred
  • Experience working in multi-site churches with congregations of 12,000 or more preferred
Expected Hours of Work
Work Hours Expectations: 40 hours or more.
Schedule Expectations: Monday through Friday (hours may vary based on church needs to include working weekends).
The church has several big events ("All-Skates") throughout the year to help further the mission of Eleven22. These events are mandatory for all staff to be in attendance and may vary, depending on the vision cast for the current year.

Work Environment/Physical Demands
This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment, including computers, phones and photocopiers, with extended periods of screen time. The position also requires travel between campuses and event locations, as well as occasional work offsite and in outdoor environments with exposure to varying temperatures. While much of the work is sedentary, the role includes active event support that may require standing for extended periods, walking and physical exertion, including the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Ministerial Exception
The ministerial exception furthers the purposes of the Free Exercise and Establishment Clauses of the First Amendment by barring legal claims against church bodies by staff members who perform religious functions. All church pastors are subject to the exception, but a formal ministerial credential is not required. While there is no rigid formula to determine other church staff members that qualify, various factors are considered to determine which staff members are subject to the ministerial exception (please see handbook).
