Compensation Range: $70,000–$80,000 annually (DOE)
About the Role
Lowe Law Group is seeking a relationship-driven Strategic Partnership Manager to help strengthen and grow our network of referral law firms.
This role serves as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of referral partners, ensuring attorneys and law firms receive exceptional communication, support, and service throughout the partnership. Working closely with the Head of Partner Relations, you'll help develop new opportunities, strengthen existing relationships, and identify ways to increase referral activity and long-term partnership success.

What You'll Own
As a Strategic Partnership Manager, you'll play a key role in developing and strengthening Lowe Law Group's referral network. Key responsibilities include:
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned referral partner law firms
  • Building trusted, long-term relationships through consistent communication and proactive engagement
  • Supporting the onboarding and successful integration of new referral partners
  • Maintaining regular communication to ensure partners remain informed, supported, and aligned with firm processes
  • Monitoring referral activity, identifying trends, and recommending opportunities to strengthen partner engagement and referral consistency
  • Gathering partner feedback and collaborating with internal teams to continually improve the referral experience
  • Identifying opportunities to expand existing relationships and support the growth of the firm's referral network
  • Coordinating with Legal Team, Operations, Accounting, and other departments to ensure a seamless referral experience
  • Maintaining accurate records of partner communications, referral activity, and relationship development

Education & Experience

  • Experience working with law firms, attorneys, or referral-based business models is preferred
  • Experience in personal injury law or professional services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
