POSITION OVERVIEW: The Client Partnerships Advisor is an integral member of the Client Partnerships team, supporting the planning and execution of account strategies that drive revenue growth, strengthen client satisfaction, and foster innovation across ProSearch's key accounts. Working closely with the Senior Vice President, Client Partnerships, Sales, Service Delivery, and other cross-functional teams, this role helps deliver a seamless, value-driven client journey from solution design through onboarding and ongoing engagement.
The Client Partnerships Advisor serves as a trusted point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, supporting client reporting, account planning, and day-to-day relationship management. Through proactive communication, data-driven recommendations, and a client-focused approach, the Advisor helps ensure ProSearch is consistently recognized as a valued and dependable partner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Client Partnerships Advisor serves as a trusted point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, supporting client reporting, account planning, and day-to-day relationship management. Through proactive communication, data-driven recommendations, and a client-focused approach, the Advisor helps ensure ProSearch is consistently recognized as a valued and dependable partner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managed Account Support
• Support the development and maintenance of comprehensive account plans for key clients, including relationship-building, onboarding, ramping, and ongoing partnership activities.
• Develop an understanding of each client's business goals and success metrics to help align solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by tracking deliverables, escalating issues as needed, and supporting team accountability.
• Participate in the sales process alongside the Senior Vice President, Client Partnerships, supporting solution design and transitions to delivery teams.
• Prepare client-facing reports, presentations, and QBR materials that clearly communicate value and performance.
• Support proposal and RFP response efforts for strategic accounts.
• Monitor program and project execution to help preempt risks or challenges impacting delivery or client experience.
• Identify emerging risks or client concerns and escalate them appropriately.
• Represent the client voice internally, sharing insights and feedback with internal teams.
Team Collaboration & Enablement
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Service Delivery, and other client-facing teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience.
• Contribute to the preparation of training materials and presentations for client-facing teams.
• Support onboarding of new team members and share best practices across the team.
Innovation & Growth
• Identify and communicate opportunities for account expansion and support new business development efforts.
• Assist in gathering and analyzing client feedback, translating insights into recommendations for service improvements and innovation.
• Help maintain and update client strategic roadmaps as priorities evolve.
• Support efforts to measure and report on account performance, including financial outcomes, ROI, and client satisfaction.
• Participate in marketing and thought leadership initiatives as assigned.
Client Retention & Experience
• Build and maintain trusted working relationships with clients by consistently providing attentive, responsive, and solutions-oriented support.
• Support regular business reviews that highlight results and recommend next-phase opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE):
• 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, business development, or related roles, preferably in legal technology or eDiscovery.
• Working knowledge of RelativityOne, the Extend products, and related applications.
• Practical fluency with generative AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, and the ability to apply them effectively and responsibly to day-to-day productivity, analysis, and communication.
• Demonstrated ability to support client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with experience preparing reports and presentations.
• Understanding of industry trends and ability to research client-relevant insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft 365 applications, and foundational data analysis and reporting tools.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a client-facing environment.
• Team player who demonstrates integrity, accountability, and a commitment to delivering value to clients and colleagues.
