Job description

Service Technicians are needed in Baudette, MN! Do you enjoy solving problems with your hands, working independently, and knowing your work genuinely improves a customerโ€™s day?

Our client is looking for a professional, customer-focused Copier Service Technician to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair copier, printer, and office equipment at customer sites throughout the territory.

In this role, youโ€™ll be the trusted go-to technician for your local territory, keeping equipment running smoothly and providing outstanding on-site support every step of the way.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Diagnose and repair printer/copier equipment at client sites using diagnostic tools and manuals.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely, courteous, and cost-effective service.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of tools, parts, and supplies in your service vehicle.
  • Complete technical training on new equipment and stay current with evolving technologies.
  • Accurately document service calls, time entries, and inventory usage.
  • Represent the client professionally in appearance and conduct.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • Experience with Printer/Copier equipment such as Sharp, Canon, HP, or Konica Minolta equipment is highly preferred.
  • High school diploma and 2+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent), associate degree preferred.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and other business collaboration tools.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of any legally required background checks and drug screenings, where applicable.
  • Able to be on-site in the Baudette, Minnesota area
