As an Underwriting Services Assistant, you’ll support an important system transition project by helping ensure data is accurate, organized, and ready for use. You’ll work closely with underwriting and operations teams, learning how business processes flow from start to finish. If you’re detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn, apply today!

What You’ll Do

  • Review and validate data to make sure it’s accurate and complete
  • Enter missing information into internal systems with attention to detail
  • Help review renewal records to ensure they’re set up correctly
  • Assist with testing system updates and improvements
  • Research and help resolve data or production issues as they arise
  • Document updates and findings to support tracking and organization
  • Participate in team meetings and share ideas for improving processes

What We’re Looking For

  • College degree or equivalent experience required
  • Previous administrative experience is helpful but not required
  • Interest in insurance or financial services is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate typing skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred
