Job description

By combining an intimate knowledge of these sectors with in-depth educational expertise, Intuition provides a full spectrum of products, services and technologies to support clients’ knowledge and training requirements.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams in the development of highly interactive learning content. Based in our New York office and working onsite with various clients, this role requires creative collaboration with our graphic design, multimedia, instructional design, testing, and editorial teams as well as managing external suppliers and engaging subject matter experts to deliver cutting-edge content for our customers around the world.

Who are we looking for?

  • You’re motivated and can work to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • You’re organized and comfortable working with multi-disciplined and multi-location teams, running multiple projects simultaneously, and developing solutions for new business requirements.
  • You’re experienced and comfortable in your abilities as a PM with:
    1. at least 5 years’ project management experience working on client-facing projects, preferably in the knowledge management sector or related industries.
    2. strong budgeting and scheduling skills.
    3. experience managing daily schedules across multi-disciplines.
    4. the ability to implement best practice and Project Management methodologies appropriate to the project’s scope.
    5. excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Interacting with clients daily, frequently onsite.
  • Working closely with client teams on key deliverables.
  • Creatively contributing to the project vision, objectives, activities, tasks and outcomes.
  • Determining requirements of the customer, providing clear estimations of feasibility and risks, and answering RFPs and project proposals.
  • Managing multiple projects while maintaining project documentation and status reports.
  • Managing key financials and updating clients on project status.
  • Managing risk and change throughout the project cycle with a view on profitability of the project.
  • Consulting with management and business development on client relationship status and business issues.
