This person will own the learning needs analysis and stakeholder relationships to create the learning roadmap, partner with vendors, internal SMEs and others to deliver learning in a variety of modalities. This role is expected to identify and escalate issues in risks in their team's delivery and will be responsible for partnering with engineering to execute and deliver technical solutions. In partnership with our engineering team, this role may lean into refining Tech College product roadmap and feature requirements.
