Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Training Project Manager, you will provide support in the design, development and delivery of eLearning projects across the Americas Division (AD). Duties will include, but will not be limited to, coordinating deliverables among subject matter experts, training vendors, and other stakeholders. You will also be expected to collaborate with development team members to prepare courses for launch.
• Design and develop instructional materials for FCC and corporate compliance training programs.
• Utilize Articulate 360 or other authoring tools to create interactive and engaging e-learning modules.
• Facilitate the management of relationships with subject matter experts and key stakeholders by coordinating regular check-in meetings and maintaining detailed records. Offer recommendations for enhancing stakeholder engagement or processes based on insights gained from these meetings.
• Collaborating with other teams outside of Compliance, such as HR LMS team, to prepare and launch course.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain training deliverables, assets and content on team Compliance Training SharePoint site, as required.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure training content remains current.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field or 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• 2-5 years experience working in training operations, project management or training administration in a regulated / financial services environment. Experience leading eLearning development projects, either in-house or external (third-party vendor) development is preferred, but not required.
• Proven experience in designing and developing compliance training programs and elearning modules.
• Knowledge or experience using course authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline 360 / Rise 360) is a plus.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of learning management systems, especially troubleshooting online training issues, and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office with experience analyzing large data files and providing high-level information.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Highly organized, collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in the banking , financial services or regulated industry is preferred.
