This position is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of implementation or project management experience who has successfully managed 10–30 customer implementations and is looking to grow into a Senior Project Manager within the next two years.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead multiple concurrent Docupace client implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and transition to Customer Success.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted relationships and delivering an exceptional implementation experience.
  • Partner with clients to understand business objectives, gather implementation requirements, and develop project plans that align with their goals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Engineering, Product, Quality Assurance, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, implementation plans, and project documentation.
  • Lead project kickoff meetings, status meetings, sprint reviews, executive updates, client checkpoints, and post-project retrospectives.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements while proactively managing project changes.
  • Identify implementation risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Provide regular project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders while maintaining accurate project reporting.
  • Utilize enterprise project management tools to manage schedules, resources, project health, and delivery progress.
  • Ensure projects are delivered according to Docupace's implementation methodology, PMO standards, and quality expectations.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in the Docupace platform and implementation processes to confidently guide customers through deployment.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, documentation, and the overall client experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable implementation plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience managing project timelines, risks, budgets, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using project management platforms such as monday.com, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
