What is an engagement project manager?

Engagement Project Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects that focus on client or stakeholder engagement. They ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining strong relationships with clients or partners. Their duties often include planning, communication, risk management, and aligning project objectives with broader organizational goals.
