LOCATION: Chandler, Arizona
WORK SETTING: Onsite
SCHEDULE: M-F 08:00AM-05:00PM
TYPE OF CONTRACT: Temporary
DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced General Project Manager to support complex operational and supply chain-related initiatives within a fast-paced environment. This role will focus on planning, coordination, process improvement, and cross-functional execution to help drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in project or program management, excellent communication skills, and experience working across manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution functions. This person should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, building alignment across teams, and translating complex concepts into clear, actionable plans for a broad range of stakeholders.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support global kitting and bin management initiatives
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans and schedules for complex initiatives
  • Ensure project activities align with established project management standards and expectations
  • Identify project risks and opportunities and develop mitigation strategies to support stronger business outcomes
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and operational efficiency
  • Manage customer requests and proposals, including gathering cost-related data and coordinating with internal stakeholders
  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables
  • Maintain a strong customer-focused mindset to improve overall experience and support business efficiency and profitability
  • Build effective working relationships across internal teams and external partners to achieve project goals
  • Communicate project updates, challenges, and complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Track progress, maintain documentation, and support reporting needs related to project performance
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
  • Minimum 2 years of project or program management experience
  • Experience collaborating across complex, cross-functional organizations
  • 1-2+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, and/or distribution environments
  • 1-2+ years of experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and follow-through skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Preferred Skills:
  • Aviation or aerospace industry experience
  • Experience with SAP
  • Process improvement and systems integration experience
