Missions

Reporting to the Consumer Engagement Lead, the Retail & Consumer Engagement Project Manager drive evolution of merchandising and retail experience across a brand pool, by developing high-impact, consumer-centric experiential popups and HPPs, at the core of a new consumer-centric and advocacy-led model, to elevate brand desirability, enable data capture, and fuel social amplification.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Experiential Retail development
  • Lead the development and rollout of pop-ups, experiential podiums and high-profile platforms (HPPs) including activations and immersive retail experiences.
  • Translate brand vision into customer-centric retail concepts, ensuring strong storytelling, unicity, impact, emotional engagement, and social shareability.
  • Act as a point of contact for all retail and consumer engagement projects across global markets.
  • Ensure consistency while allowing for local market adaptation.
  1. Concept Development & Production
  • Oversee the end-to-end development of retail experiences:
  • Creative briefing and concept validation
  • Design development (in collaboration with agencies)
  • Technical feasibility and production
  • Manage external agencies and suppliers to deliver premium, innovative, and scalable executions.
  • Ensure all activations meet brand standards and operational excellence.
  1. Advocacy-Driven Engagement Model
  • Design and implement advocacy-led experiences, embedding social sharing, influencer engagement, and UGC mechanics into retail activations.
  • Partner with Marketing and Digital teams to integrate social amplification strategies (KOLs, content creation moments, live experiences).
  • Define consumer journeys that convert physical interactions into online reach and engagement.
  1. 360° Consumer engagement cross-functional collaboration
  • Interface with internal stakeholders (Brand, Trade Marketing, Digital, CRM, PR).
  • Ensure alignment between retail, marketing, and digital ecosystems for fully integrated campaigns.
  • Support brand teams in embedding consumer engagement principles into their go-to-market strategies.
  • Integrate data capture mechanisms into all activations (CRM, lead generation, behavioral tracking), to ensure seamless collection.
  1. Guidelines & Best Practices
  • Develop and deploy toolkits and guidelines for HPPs and pop-ups:
    • Experience design principles
    • Social amplification & data collection frameworks
  • Ensure global consistency while enabling agility for local teams.
  • Track implementation and gather feedback from markets.
  1. Data Capture, Consumer Insights & Benchmarking
  • Analyze performance KPIs for experiential retail success to continuously optimize experiences and ROI:
    • Traffic and engagement
    • Data capture volume & quality
    • Social reach & amplification
    • Conversion & ROI
  • Monitor performance across markets and identify best practices.
  • Conduct regular competitive benchmarking on experiential and advocacy-led retail.
   Experience & Background
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in:
    • Global Merchandising
    • Retail Project Management
    • Trade Marketing or Retail Excellence
  • Experience in luxury, beauty or selective retail environments strongly preferred
  • Proven exposure to international / WW markets
Technical skills
  • Solid knowledge of retail merchandising standards and production constraints
  • Comfortable working with agencies, suppliers and production partners
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong ability to read and understand Technical Drawings (TD) is a plus ; if not mastered, willingness/capacity to learn quickly
  • Fluent in English
