(iMIS Performance Improvement Specialist)

About our position We’re looking for a Software Implementation Consultant (PIS) with strong skills and experience to deliver product solutions and to enable clients to increase organizational performance. Working unsupervised for small client assignments – and within a project team supervised by a project manager and solution lead for larger client projects – the PIS will deliver implementation, support, and training services in accordance with established methodologies and best practices.

What you’ll be doing

  • Configuring and implementing iMIS and related products and services, including converting data, working with RiSE, and extending the product with iMIS and other supported tools
  • Serving as part of the technical solutions team or the global solutions Client Success team, depending on skill sets focusing on technical, product or organizational solutions
  • Enabling continuous performance improvement by understanding organizational needs, offering appropriate process change advice, and leading organisational change
  • Delivering client training as either part of implementation, public online classroom, at your desk or client specific as assigned
  • Meeting team (and individual) billable production targets, currently set at 1525 billable hours/year
  • Focusing on excellent service quality, with on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Performing other job-related duties as may be assigned from time to time

What we want you to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or related experience
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, client onboarding, implementation support, or a related role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • iMIS and HTML/CSS experience preferred but not required
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a project team
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent work product and customer service
  • Certified iMIS Administrator and/or Certified iMIS Professional certification required at start of employment or achieved within 90 days of employment
  • Some travel may be required from time to time, as directed by the Client Success Manager or Project Manager

Compensation
Compensation for this position is determined based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, an individual’s skills, experience, training, certifications, education, geographic location, business needs, and internal equity. For candidates located in Alexandria, VA or Austin, TX, the current estimated compensation range for this role is $75,000–$95,000. Compensation may vary for candidates in other locations within the United States.
