Job description

Salary: $45,000-$55,000 (Base+Bonus)

Customer Implementation Manager -Guardian Health Technologies - Dallas, TX
About Guardian Health Technologies Guardian is a high-growth healthtech startup on a mission to transform how elderly patients are monitored and cared for at home. We partner with medical practices nationwide to deploy passive, radar-based remote patient monitoring technology directly into patients' homes, and we're expanding fast. This role is ground-floor, high-impact, and built for someone who wants to own their market.
About the Role This is a boots-on-the-ground field role for someone who takes pride in delivering a flawless patient experience, managing their territory like a business, and representing a brand that's genuinely improving lives. You won't be sitting at a desk. You'll be on the road, in patients' homes, building relationships with caregivers and clinic staff.
As a Field Onboarding Specialist, you are the face of Guardian in your market. You own the full patient touchpoint from first contact to successful device activation. This is a high-travel, high-accountability position that will push you, reward you, and give you real ownership over outcomes that matter.
Daily work is conducted inside patient homes on behalf of our partner medical practices. Extended market deployments of several weeks are a regular part of the role as Guardian launches in new cities.
About the Technology Guardian's software enables our partner practices to operationalize new programs and automate their most critical workflows, saving time, generating revenue, and keeping their patients healthy.
Compensation & Travel

  • Total on-target earnings: $45,000$55,000
    • Base: $18/hour
    • Install Bonus: $5 per completed installation
    • Additional raises based on performance
  • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
  • Travel: All flights, hotels, and meals covered. Per diem provided. Transit time during normal working hours is compensated at your regular hourly rate.
  • Mileage: $0.72/mile for local patient home visits
  • Vehicle: Personal vehicle required for the first 90 days; company vehicle provided thereafter where local travel is ongoing

What You'll Own Execute all scheduled patient visits within your territory. Install and activate Guardian monitoring devices per protocol (wall-mounted, near the patient's bed) Verify device connectivity and confirm vital sign data is transmitting correctly before leaving every home Deliver clear, patient patient education to elderly patients and their caregivers. Maintain precise documentation of completed installations and service cases Coordinate daily scheduling with Guardian's internal care teams and clinic partners Represent our partner medical practices with professionalism and accountability on every visit Adhere to all compliance standards (documentation, conduct, and patient privacy are non-negotiable)
Who We're Looking For A self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding to stay productive on the road Someone with a genuine instinct for customer relationship management, you treat every patient home like an account you're building, not a task you're checking off Comfortable working with elderly and homebound patients; empathy here is a hard skill, not a soft one Strong communicator who can translate simple technical information to non-technical users with clarity and patience Physically capable of the demands of field work, lifting, bending, standing, driving Willing and able to commit to extended multi-week travel deployments, sometimes with short notice Clean driving record and valid driver's license 13 years in field service, home health, medical device support, or customer-facing technical roles preferred, but the right attitude and work ethic will go far here
Why This Role, Why Now Guardian is building its national field operations infrastructure from scratch, and this role is part of that foundation. The person who excels here will have a direct line to leadership, real visibility into how a healthtech startup scales, and a clear path toward senior field, operations, or account management roles as we grow. You're not joining a company that's figured everything out you're joining one that's building it, and your performance will directly shape what comes next.
