Job Summary:
The Dignify Solutions, LLC is seeking a Program Manager with experience in Oracle CPQ. The role involves leading large-scale transformation programs and managing complex stakeholder environments while ensuring successful implementation and integration of Oracle Cloud Applications.
Responsibilities:
• 10+ years of experience in program/project management, with at least 5 years in leading large-scale transformation programs.
• Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP), Oracle EBS, and JD Edwards (JDE).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ implementation and integration.
• Strong understanding of enterprise system integrations, middleware, and data synchronization across platforms.
• Solid experience in Agile Project Management, including working with Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks.
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce) is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and drive consensus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
