ERP Program Manager

Required Qualifications


 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT and business program/project management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct experience managing end-to-end, large-scale, complex ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday).
  • Proven experience managing budgets exceeding $5 million and leading teams of 20+ internal and external resources.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification is highly preferred. Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or equivalent is a plus.
