THE POSITION

  • Lead commercial discussions and KPI compliance to meet business objectives
  • Manage contract reporting, governance and performance metrics
  • Prepare contract price escalations, variations and tender commercial reviews
  • Oversee Extension of Time (EOT) submissions and maintain accurate records
  • Establish and maintain detailed risk registers and opportunity reporting
  • Conduct site and contract audits, ensuring corrective actions are completed
  • Analyse service failures and identify improvement opportunities
  • Drive consistency across operational documentation, processes and standards
  • Support operational teams to deliver contractual commitments
  • Attend stakeholder and client meetings as required
