This Services Senior Advisor - Contract Performance Mgmt. role will be supporting a long-term service contract of a major Customer site. You will be responsible for Project Management/ Planning/ Coordinating activities, typically in the context of a production or services project to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will participate in discussions about the future of the business requiring frequent and thorough interaction with other functions.
As a Services Senior Advisor - Contract Performance Mgmt., you will be responsible for:
  • Coordinating and supporting Site team (Resident Engineers and Local Staff) Interface with Baker Hughes internal departments, to deliver contractual obligations and to facilitate outage activities coordination
  • Supervising the application of admin, EHS, quality, maintenance and engineering policies, procedures and filing the systems to execute Agreement and respond to Owner's inquiries to assure problems identification/resolution
  • Assisting customer operation and maintenance staff in monitoring performances of covered units, recommend actions to improve safety, availability and reliability by identifying elements requiring improvement act to address needs
  • Conducting contract review meetings, outlining activities and units' performances (including RCA) Plan and coordinate the implementation of recommended actions due to Technical Information Letters by monitoring technical applicability and execution
  • Providing information about latest advancements in upgrades opportunities to Customer, assist in their implementation, update design changes of parts to be installed by coordinating Field Service, Repair Service and delivery

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience.
  • Have 5+ years of contract management experience with a global company along with outage execution experience with rotary machinery
  • Have good interpersonal skills, inclusive working style and able to effectively interface with all levels of internal organization and external customers
  • Have a strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
