Job Description
We are seeking a highly energetic individual who has a "can do" attitude to join our exciting outpatient healthcare company as a seasoned Contract Manager. Must be adept to regulatory private, federal & state guidelines and have knowledge and understanding of a multi-Tax ID business, The ideal candidate will be able to identify and negotiate key terms and reimbursement within a contract with an understanding of contracting within closed networks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business/finance/Math preferred or Equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience contracting experience a must. Contracting experience includes Managed Care, WC, Replacements & Auto lines of business.
  • Prefer experience & established relationships with payors
  • Outpatient Therapy Experience preferred
  • Proficient in identifying, summarizing and calculating payment/reimbursement policies
  • Advanced MS Excel, MS Access & credentialing software experience a plus
  • Effective project management skills
  • Critical analytical thinking, problem solving, organization and time management skills with strong attention to details. can multi-task to very unusual levels
  • Excellent administrative, analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication and presentation skills are required

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,000 -$80,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
