What are the big 4 internships?

The Big 4 internships typically refer to internship programs offered by the four largest professional services firms: Deloitte, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Ernst & Young (EY), and KPMG. For an Internship Performance Manager, a reasonable internship salary typically ranges from $15 to $25 per hour, depending on the industry, location, and level of experience. Some internships may also offer stipends or academic credit instead of hourly pay, especially in non-profit or government sectors.
