  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, Digital Practice, and project teams to implement and optimize business systems and tools (e.g., Vantagepoint, project management tools, HGAโ€™s data warehouse).
  • Gather and synthesize user requirements and assist in system configuration, testing, prioritization, and rollout activities.
  • Support change management efforts, including training, documentation, and communication to drive user adoption.
  • Monitor user feedback and adoption, escalating issues and recommending improvements to enhance performance and user experience.

ย

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with teams across markets, disciplines, and support functions to advance initiative delivery and alignment.
  • Lead and/or support committees, task forces, and working groups focused on operational improvements.
  • Build effective working relationships that foster collaboration, accountability, and shared ownership of outcomes.

You will need to have:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in IT, Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 3โ€“6 years of project management or operations experience; experience in A/E, construction, or professional services preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and project management platforms; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and A/E industry systems (e.g., Deltek Vantagepoint) preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Lean principles, PMP framework).
