As a Project Manager, you are inherently curious, operationally minded, and a quintessential problem-solver who likes connecting dots. You will collaborate across all departments to scope and manage complex projects from start to finish for all types of projects. As the hub of Colle McVoy’s client work, you will be responsible for successfully delivering solutions that exceed client expectations, while remaining on-time and on-budget. This is a client-facing role requiring effective communication and management across all internal departments and disciplines.  


  • Lead and support internal teams through the day-to-day execution of multiple projects from start to finish; navigating any problems that arise and providing resolutions
  • Oversee the team’s activities to guarantee the overall quality of work and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
  • Be a strong partner to the Sr. PM, Associate PM Director, Sr. Account Executive and Account Supervisor on the projects and accounts that you manage
  • Collaborate with and build relationships with cross-discipline players while driving the development and delivery of work for a variety of mediums -- print, digital, social, video, audio, web, and experiential
  • Create project timelines with deadlines and the necessary phases based on project activities and deliverables; seek input from a Sr. PM as needed
  • Proactively document and track your projects, and have a pulse on what’s next so that you can proactively manage your projects and pivot if/where needed  
  • Communicate next steps and keep teams motivated, removing obstacles along the way
  • Flag in real-time when milestones are at risk of being missed
  • Schedule and facilitate team meetings, intentionally set the agenda for all meetings, and be an active participant in the room 
  • Forecast and allocate resources for day-to-day projects and partner with the Resource Management Director to secure resources for the lifecycle of a project
  • Follow the scoping process to ensure accurate scopes and estimates are achieved in partnership with cross-discipline leads 
  • Lead the creation of accurate estimates for agency fee of individual projects, and support the Sr. PM or Associate PM Director on the creation of annual estimates for agency fee 
  • Partner with Producers to define and keep a pulse on OOP costs 
  • Review and provide input on Scopes of Work for individual projects to ensure they are a 1-to-1 with the Estimate
  • Monitor scope management and proactively flag scope creep 
  • Pull burn reports from Maconomy and update internal budget burn reports, initiating internal budget conversations  
  • Have a pulse on current project burn and projected burn, and use that data to make informed decisions to help ensure projects stay on budget 
  • Evaluate the revenue recognition budgets on your projects at mid-month and month-end, and partner with your Account team and Client Accountants as needed
  • Operator of Agency process, knowing when to identify a moment that might require an adjustment based on project needs 
  • Lead internal agency projects and/or participate in agency initiatives in addition to support your client projects 
  • Proactively seek out training opportunities to advance skills within your role 

  • Highly organized, highly motivated, goal and detail-oriented, self-starter who is passionate and experienced
  • Excels in problem solving and collaboration with internal, cross-discipline teams
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Ability to change priorities quickly based on different client needs
  • Someone who is inquisitive and has a pulse on what’s next 
  • Working understanding of the production processes 
  • Working understanding of digital projects such as websites, emails, apps, and XR
  • Experience in developing and managing to project timelines 
  • Experience in building accurate Estimates to inform Scope of Work, and managing to those budgets and scopes  
  • Experience in Scope of Work writing is nice to have
  • Experience working in Adobe Workfront is nice to have 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a project management capacity, preferably within the advertising or creative industry
  • Ability to work both independently, and as a part of a team
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to travel as needed 


At the time of posting, the base salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $70,000. Compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
