Job description

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Manager of Risk Operations to support Walmart's Last Mile Delivery Trust & Safety organization. This role supports the execution of operational initiatives that strengthen driver safety, ensure fairness, and protect platform integrity.

Responsibilities

Execute risk mitigation initiatives aligned to the program strategy. Translate strategic direction into actionable workplans, timelines, and deliverables. Support risk assessments through data collection, analysis, and documentation of claims, incidents, and litigation trends. Monitor and respond to risk-related controls and alerts across last‐mile delivery operations and external partners. Track program progress, maintain reporting artifacts, and provide updates to leadership. Manage the execution of legal and regulatory inquiries to ensure timely and accurate production of incident case records.

Required

Qualifications 3+ years of experience in risk management, operations, claims management or program management. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‐solving skills. Ability to manage multiple workstreams and execute against defined priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working in cross‐functional or matrixed organizations. Exposure to legal discovery processes, claims operations, or litigation support. Demonstrated ability to operate with sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information. Experience using data and tracking tools to support program execution and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field. 2 years of experience in operations, project management, or related area, or 4 years of experience in operations, project management, or a related area.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supervising associates. Master's degree in Economics. Project Management Professional certification.
