Job description

Project Manager – Change Management
*Part time position – 20 hours/week (8:00am – 12:00pm PST Mon - Fri)
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong foundation in Change Management to lead and support their transformation initiatives.
In this role, you’ll guide high-impact projects across the organization, ensuring smooth adoption of change among employees, customers, and partners. You’ll also support business analysis efforts—collecting, interpreting, and presenting data to inform decision-making, measure impact, and refine transformation strategies.
This position is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of program execution, change enablement, and analytical insight. While the position is based in San Francisco, we welcome remote applicants who can work overlapping hours
Responsibilities:
Program & Project Management
  • Plan and lead enterprise-level digital transformation projects, from kickoff through implementation.
  • Ensure timely delivery, budget control, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes using PMP-based methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, technical leads, and external partners to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Change Management
  • Lead structured change management efforts using frameworks like Prosci or ADKAR to drive adoption and reduce resistance.
  • Craft and implement change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, and training programs.
  • Manage internal (employee) and external (customer/vendor/partner) transition and communication plans.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in project or program management, including leadership of transformation and/or change-focused initiatives.
  • PMP Certification required; Prosci or equivalent change management certification preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage organizational change across both internal and external stakeholder groups.
  • Experience gathering and analyzing business data to inform strategy and measure impact.
  • Proficiency with business intelligence and project tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence).
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills—comfortable influencing without authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Compensation: $75 - $100 per hour
