Key Responsibilities

The primary function of theManager, TechnologyChangeManagement,is to lead organizational readiness, user adoption, workforce alignment, and communication across enterprise transformation initiatives. This role ensures strategic technology investments,including ERP, cybersecurity, infrastructure modernization, eCommerce, collaboration platforms, and future acquisitions,are successfully adopted across the organization.

This position will partner closely with IT leadership, operations, HR,Operationsleadership, and business stakeholders to reduce adoption risk, improve employee engagement, and accelerate business value realization.

Strategic Change Leadership

  • Develop andmaintainProduce One's enterprise change management framework focused on practical adoption, business readiness, and measurable outcomes.

  • Establish enterprise change success metrics,adoptionofKPIs, and organizational readiness indicators.

  • Partner with executive leadership to align transformation initiatives with business priorities and workforce capacity.

  • Assess organizationalchangeofsaturation and recommend sequencing to minimize operational disruption.

Organizational Alignment

  • Evaluate how business roles evolve as new enterpriseplatforms,and standardized processes are introducedtofacilitaterole mapping, responsibility alignment, and future-state operating model design.

  • Identifyorganizational friction points created by process standardization acrossacquiredcompaniesthrough surveys,interviews,andengagementinitiatives.

  • Support integration of future acquisitions into Produce One's enterprise operating model.

Training and Workforce Enablement

  • Develop enterprise training strategies for ERP, infrastructure, cybersecurity, eCommerce, and productivity tools.

  • Identifyand develop business champions, super users, and operational subject matter expertsto support specific changeinitiativesand partner with the stakeholders to ensureappropriate resourceplanning.

  • Coordinate multilingual training programs where required across warehouse, plant, and operational environments.

  • Ensure training content is practical, role-based, and aligned to actual workflows.

Communication and Adoption

  • Build executive, manager, and frontline communication plans for transformation initiatives.

  • Translate technical initiatives into business language for broad organizational understanding.

  • Monitor employee sentiment, adoption barriers, and resistance trendsand makerecommendationsto project stakeholders to ensure successful change management.

  • Provide coaching to leaders on managing change within their teams.

Readiness and Support

  • Develop risk mitigation plans for areas showing low readiness or adoption resistance.

  • Partner with project teams to embed adoption checkpoints into project governance.

  • Support post-go-live stabilization activitiesby analyzing thechangesuccess metrics and adoptionKPIsandproposecontinuous improvement initiativesto business leaders and stakeholders.

Governance and Execution

  • Maintain change dashboards, readiness reports, training completion metrics, and adoption analytics.

  • Partner with project managers and enterprise platform leadership to align project execution with workforce readiness.

  • Maintain documentation for communication plans, training materials, organizational impacts, andadoption ofoutcomes.

  • Comply withany reasonable Executive or Management request.

Professional Qualifications 

Education & Experience 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).  

  • Minimum 7–10 years of combined experience supporting and leading organizational change, business transformation, operational excellence, or enterprise technology adoption initiatives.  

  • Experience supporting ERP implementations preferred.  

  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, foodservice, supply chain, or multi-site operations is strongly preferred.  

  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or business integrations preferred.

  • Frequent sitting, standing and walking 

  • Use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls 

  • Occasionally required to climb, bend, kneel or lift up to 25 lbs. 

  • Vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. 

  • Potential exposure to outside elements and inclement weather conditions 

  • 24/7 Operations, flexible work schedule to include nights and weekends as needed
