Job Overview
As a Production Associate at Marvin, you'll help craft products that make homes better, all while working in a clean, bright, temperature-controlled facility. Highlights of your role
  • Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, this could include drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw.
  • Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
  • Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot any mechanical or material issues.
  • Crosstrain in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.

Select a schedule that works for your life:
*Please note: all shifts require mandatory overtime.
Monday - Thursday:
  • Days: 5:00 am - 3:30 pm Pay: $18.50 per hour
  • Evening: 3:30 pm - 2:00 am Pay: $21.50 per hour

Friday - Sunday:
  • Weekend: 5:30 am - 6:00 pm Pay: $22.50 per hour

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
  • A High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
