Marvin is hiring Machine Operators to join our wood processing team, where raw lumber is transformed into high-quality components used in windows and doors across our facilities. In this role, you'll operate a combination of advanced robotics, CNC technology, and established wood-processing equipment to produce precision-crafted wood products. Safety, quality, and continuous improvement are at the center of everything we do.
You'll succeed if you're eager to learn, enjoy working with technology and machinery, and take pride in producing quality work. The first six months include an apprentice-style training program designed to build confidence, develop technical skills, and establish a strong foundation in safe operating practices.
