This is not a change strategy or organizational design role. We are seeking someone who can effectively execute change management plans, develop high-quality communications and presentations, coordinate stakeholders, manage deliverables, and help keep a complex transformation moving forward.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute change management plans that support business transformation initiatives

  • Partner closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure change activities remain aligned with project objectives and timelines
  • Monitor progress, identify risks or gaps, and adjust plans as project needs evolve
  • Leverage Microsoft Copilot and other productivity tools to accelerate content development and administrative tasks

Qualifications
  • 4-6+ years of experience in organizational change management, change communications, change enablement, or related transformation roles
  • Experience developing and executing change management plans within a corporate environment
  • Experience creating communications, presentations, stakeholder engagement materials, and other change-related deliverables
  • Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create polished, executive-facing presentations
  • Experience supporting stakeholder engagement, readiness, adoption, and communications activities
  • Experience developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, trackers, and related documentation
  • Excellent written communication, editing, and content development skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience using Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI-enabled productivity tools preferred

Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate is a practical, execution-oriented change management professional who understands how change works within a corporate environment and can quickly contribute within an established framework.
They are comfortable developing communications, building presentations, managing plans, coordinating stakeholders, and producing high-quality deliverables with minimal oversight. They thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrate sound judgment, and are comfortable navigating ambiguity while maintaining momentum.
Success Factors
  • Efficient and highly organized
  • Resilient in fast-moving environments
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent collaborator and team player
  • Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Able to move seamlessly between planning and execution
