Project Assistant

Location: Greater Seattle Area

Looking to build a long-term career in the construction industry? At Liberty Electric, we power communities across the Pacific Northwest-and we're looking for motivated people to join our team as Project Assistants.

This is the perfect entry point into project management. You'll learn the ropes of how big projects are run while supporting our Group and Project Managers. No two days are the same-you'll be organizing paperwork, helping track budgets and schedules, and making sure our field and office teams have what they need to succeed.


What You'll Do
  • Keep projects organized by helping with filing, data entry, and document control.

  • Support managers with reports, schedules, and communication between office and field teams.

  • Learn how to process invoices, track project progress, and assist with day-to-day project operations.

  • Take ownership of tasks, solve problems, and contribute to the success of major infrastructure projects.


What We're Looking For
  • A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required.

  • 1–2 years of office or construction-related experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person.

  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and a positive, motivated attitude.

  • Comfort using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
