Do you enjoy driving change and ensuring that projects move forward with clarity and momentum? As a Project Manager in Group PMO, you will help deliver meaningfulprojectsthat support Saxo's ongoing transformation journey.

You will become part of the project management team in Group PMO - an engaged and collaborative team responsible for deliveringhigh-qualityproject execution, portfolio transparency, and governance. We work across the entireorganisationincludingbusiness and technologystakeholders and support both strategic transformation and operational change.

In this role, you will manage mid tohigh complexityprojects and ensure smoothfacilitation, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.

The position is based in Copenhagen (HQ),with limitedtravelexpected.Physical presence will berequired. Relocation will not be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, drive, and executecross functionalprojects

  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and reporting

  • Facilitate stakeholder communication, alignment, and workshops

  • Prepare project documentation and steering materials

  • Ensure adherence to PMO standards and delivery frameworks

  • Be accountable for reporting & progress transparency

Your profile

You are structured, proactive, and thrive in a busy environment with many moving parts. You communicate clearly, collaborate well with diverse stakeholders, andmaintainan overvieweven when priorities shift. You have a problem-solving mindset, naturally take ownership, and work confidently with both business and technical teams.

Qualifications & experience:

  • 2-5+ years of project management experience

  • Solid understanding of PM disciplines and delivery frameworks

  • Experiencecoordinatecrossfunctional teams

  • Experience with IT, infrastructure, or AI projects (handson or as a PM)

  • Ability to translate technical topics into clear actions, plans, and stakeholder communication
