Job description

We are looking for contractor for staff augment for an IT Consultant 3 (to complete Project Manager work) or related position to be assigned to the Collections Enforcement Section to oversee the multi-phase data migration and data analysis of the current legacy system used in debt collection at the Ohio Attorney Generalโ€™s office.

Qualifications/Required Skills

  • Applicant should have a minimum of 8 years as a Project Manager.
  • Strong ability to work independently or in a group project setting.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, tools and techniques, requirements analysis, and documentation.
  • Strong ability toย analyze data and information with excellent project management skills.
  • Applicant must have excellent communications skills, ability to track, forecast and lead a team of developers, business analyst and quality assurance resources.
  • Applicant shall provide detailed reports, dashboards, timelines and project updates to senior leadership.
  • Applicant will participate in application design meetings and facilitate system functionality demonstrations (show-n-tell) on a routine basis.
  • Applicant must have excellent communication skills, ability to track, forecast and provide detailed reports
  • The applicant must have prior experience with large scale projects that include financial applications, business process improvement and business transformation.
  • Applicant must have experience with data migration and data analysis from a legacy to new system. ย 
  • The applicant must possess a thorough knowledge and understanding of agile methodology.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Debt Collection terminology and Debt Collections processes.
