One of the most common challenges in group projects is coordinating effectively among team members with different working styles and schedules. Miscommunication, unclear division of tasks, and conflicting ideas can also create obstacles. Encouraging open communication and addressing conflicts early can help keep the project on track and ensure all voices are heard.
