Job description

  • Plan, facilitate, and track internal IT sprint cycles, ensuring cross-functional IT workstreams are prioritized and delivered on schedule.
  • Coordinate with IT leads across infrastructure, security, applications, and end-user services to manage sprint backlogs and resource allocation.
  • Remove impediments and drive accountability across sprint teams.
  • Report sprint progress and outcomes to IT leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve sprint processes, tools, and cadences to increase team velocity and delivery quality.
  • Serve as the primary IT project manager for all project needs of the global IT organization.
  • Partner with the business to define IT scope, timelines, and dependencies for each project.
  • Serve as a key member of the Corporate IT financial process, setting up IT budgets and implementing processes for their management.
  • Coordinate IT infrastructure readiness, including networking, hardware procurement, AV/conferencing systems, access control, and end-user computing for all new and renovated facilities.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects across geographies (US, Europe, Asia-Pacific), tracking schedules, budgets, and milestones.
  • Represent IT in project status reviews, escalating risks and blockers as needed to ensure go-live commitments are met.
  • Maintain project documentation, including scope statements, resource plans, and status reports.
  • Act as the primary IT point of contact for company project leads, construction managers, events, and business operations teams.
  • Communicate IT project status, risks, and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and contractors for Corporate project delivery.
  • Support change management and end-user readiness activities related to new site technology deployments.
  • Maintain oversight of all IT projects across global locations and industry events.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of IT project management experience, with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-site or multi-workstream projects.
  • Experience managing IT infrastructure projects for new facility buildouts, office expansions, or similar construction-adjacent programs.
  • Familiarity with global project delivery, including international buildouts and cross-border vendor coordination.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure domains: networking, end-user computing, AV systems, access control, and telecom.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and managing sprint-based delivery teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different time zones.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet).
  • Preferred PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe certification.
  • Experience in a high-growth, multi-location operations environment (e.g., grading, fulfillment, logistics, or retail).
  • Experience working within a CapEx project governance framework.
