Senior Project ManagerLocation: Greater Seattle AreaLead Complex Projects. Build High-Performing Teams.At Liberty Electric, we power the Pacific Northwest with major public works and infrastructure projects. We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale or multiple projects simultaneously. This role is about more than paperwork-it's about leadership, financial stewardship, and delivering complex projects with excellence from start to finish.What You'll DoAs a Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for full project oversight-planning, execution, and closeout-while mentoring teams and protecting Liberty's interests.Project Oversight & PlanningStudy and interpret project contracts, plans, and specifications.Verify material quantities, prepare purchase orders, and align resources.Build project schedules and coordinate with Foremen on Look Ahead Schedules.Execution & Financial ManagementMonitor all project costs and code expenditures.Prepare budgets, billing schedules, and monthly project billings.Track project progress and prepare financial projections.Leadership & CoordinationLead communication between the office, field, subcontractors, and clients.Negotiate scope, schedule, and pricing with subcontractors.Mentor project staff and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.Problem-Solving & Change ManagementSubmit RFIs and PIPs, identify discrepancies, and offer solutions to owners.Price and negotiate change orders, ensuring contractual commitments are secured.Manage added materials, submittals, and workforce adjustments for added work.Issue notices for impacts or delays due to trades, weather, or scheduling conflicts.RepresentationAct as Liberty's representative in all project matters, ensuring the company's interests are protected.What We're Looking ForExperience: 10+ years in construction management with a track record of leading large or complex projects.Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Construction Management degree or equivalent experience strongly valued.Skills & Qualities:Strong financial and analytical acumen.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project/accounting systems (COINS or similar).Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire project teams.High integrity, confidentiality, and ethical standards.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.Benefits That Work for YouHealth Insurance, 100% Paid: Liberty pays the premiums for medical, dental, and vision coverage.Retirement & Ownership: Stock options, 401(k) with 4% match, and profit sharing.Time Off That Fits Your Life: Unlimited vacation policy plus 8 paid holidays.Growth & Leadership: Ongoing career advancement opportunities and leadership coaching from industry-leading psychologists.Learning Support: Educational assistance after probationary period.Why Liberty?At Liberty Electric, we're a union electrical subcontractor with a clear vision: Built by Us.
