The (USA) Manager, Project Management leads multiple medium-scale projects by collaborating with stakeholders to develop and deliver effective solutions aligned with strategic objectives. The manager fosters strong relationships with sponsors and teams, supports associate development through coaching and mentoring, and upholds company policies and ethical standards. By driving continuous improvement and maintaining accountability, this position contributes to operational excellence and the achievement of business goals.
About the team:
The Facilities Management team supports the Supply Chain Grocery Network by ensuring fire protection systems and facility operations comply with safety standards. Collaborating with Asset Protection, Maintenance, and Compliance partners, the team delivers timely solutions for repairs, inspections, and capital projects. Focused on maintaining secure and fully operational facilities, members apply expertise in building codes, facility maintenance, and project management. The team drives continuous improvement and effective stakeholder communication to uphold high standards, supporting the company’s commitment to safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
What you'll do:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and expectations.
  • Create and communicate detailed project plans, schedules, and status updates to teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple medium-scale projects or work streams, ensuring adherence to project management standards and timely delivery.
  • Monitor project budgets, costs, and resource allocations, securing necessary approvals and minimizing impact of changes.
