Employees in this role assist engineers in being efficient and able to make decisions and recommendations having significant impact on engineering and related activities for the company. This position is critical to ensuring the engineering team is productive and accurate in work assignments.

General Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrates a high degree of creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in planning, organizing work
  • Manages multiple complex tasks which are of critical importance to overall company objectives
  • Performs duties with enthusiasm and bias for action

Specific Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Maintains internal document control database
  • Coordinates with 3rd party engineering firms to ensure document control databases are accurate and both parties are using the same current data
  • Maintains project status spreadsheets
  • Assists engineers in remaining organized and productive
  • Assists engineers with writing, conforming and adapting Engineer of Record (EOR), Engineering Consultant, Early-Stage Engineering, Construction, Engineer/Procure/Construct (EPC) and Owner furnished equipment specifications and other technical contract documents as needed for each project to put contracts in place
  • Working with company purchasing department to ensure that purchase orders adequately define the specified requirements and contracts are put in place
  • Assist engineers with maintaining documentation and tracking of monitoring of equipment surveillance programs
  • Maintaining tracking to ensure engineering deliverables meet project schedule need
  • Maintaining NAMS inputs and ensuring tracking nuclear engineering modification packages

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: Qualified similar experience with at least 7 years pertinent experience
ย 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associates degree in document systems management or similar degree
  • Prior experience in engineering firm or similar company
  • Knowledge of clean fuels mark having worked in a company with activities in these markets
  • Skilled in using spreadsheets and databases
  • Skill with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint and NAMS
