Tekberry is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager Admin to support project execution and coordination efforts within a dynamic engineering and product development environment. This is a contract position with a strong focus on project tracking, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination.
Position Summary
The Project Manager Admin will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects by coordinating team activities, tracking materials and budgets, and ensuring timelines are met. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain project schedules, manage resources, and communicate progress and risks.
Key Responsibilities
Support project planning and execution to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget
Track materials from ordering through delivery and installation
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Identify issues and escalate risks to the project team while supporting resolution efforts
Maintain and update project tracking tools, including schedules and budget reports
Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing presentations and documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project milestones
Assist with materials and resource spend tracking and reporting
Qualifications
Required:
โ€ข Associate's degree (AAS) in Business or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
โ€ข 3+ years of project coordination, administration, or related experience
โ€ข Strong Excel proficiency (data tracking, reporting, analysis)
โ€ข Excellent organizational and time management skills
โ€ข High attention to detail and accuracy
โ€ข Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment
Preferred:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
โ€ข Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or product development environments
โ€ข Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
โ€ข Experience tracking budgets, materials, and resource allocation
