Job description

Administrative Assistant (Admin-Focused) – TYSGlobal

Location: Dallas, TX (In-Office)
Type: Full-Time

This Isn’t Your Average Project Manager Role

At TYSGlobal, we don’t “manage projects”—we orchestrate nationwide brand rollouts for some of the biggest names in retail and commercial development.

We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, execution-driven Project Manager (Admin Focus) who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves keeping chaos organized, and can move projects from concept to completion without dropping a single detail.

If you’re the type who color-codes your calendar, double-checks everything, and still moves faster than everyone else—you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

This role is the backbone of execution—you keep everything tight, on time, and on point.

  • Own project setup, tracking, and administrative execution from kickoff to closeout
  • Coordinate across clients, vendors, permitting teams, and internal departments
  • Manage timelines, documentation, and deliverables across multiple national projects
  • Ensure zero-detail-missed execution on signage rollouts (permits, drawings, fabrication, installs)
  • Track project milestones and proactively push teams to hit deadlines
  • Maintain and update ERP systems (Odoo or similar) with precision
  • Assist with permit tracking, documentation packages, and compliance coordination
  • Support leadership and PM team with real-time project insights and updates
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with clients—this is white-glove service

What Makes This Role Different

  • You’re not stuck in slow corporate red tape—this is high-speed, real-world execution
  • You’ll be working on projects across the entire U.S. (and beyond)
  • Direct exposure to executive leadership from day one
  • You’re part of a lean, elite team—no passengers here
  • Every day is different: new brands, new cities, new challenges

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in project coordination, admin, or operations-heavy roles
  • Extremely organized—borderline obsessive about details
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once without losing control
  • Strong communication skills—clear, concise, and confident
  • Tech-comfortable (ERP systems, spreadsheets, project tracking tools)
  • Problem-solver mentality—you don’t wait, you figure it out
  • Bonus: Experience in construction, signage, permitting, or commercial development

The Ideal Candidate

  • Moves fast. Thinks faster. Executes fastest.
  • Doesn’t need to be told twice
  • Takes ownership like it’s their own company
  • Thrives under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Actually enjoys being the person who “keeps everything together”

What You Get

  • Competitive salary + performance incentives
  • Direct access to leadership and growth opportunities
  • Real responsibility—not busy work
  • A front-row seat to scaling a national company
  • A team that operates with a “no excuses, get it done” mentality

If you’re looking for a slow, predictable, 9–5 job—this isn’t it.

If you want to be part of a high-performance team executing real projects across the country, and you take pride in being the person who makes it all happen...

We want to hear from you.
